We do our very best to accurately describe and photograph all of our products.  But it is impossible to get it 100% right all of the time and different screens give different picture quality so we cannot guarantee accuracy of colour.


We really want you to be happy with your purchase and we want to give the best customer service possible.
We will reimburse any shipping costs when you return a faulty or damaged item but if  it is something you have simply had a change of heart on then you will have to cover the return postage. Please return the item  within 7 days of the day you received the order. Please email us to advise of the return of the order and the reason.  A full refund for the item will be issued once we receive the returned goods intact. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of  Face Masks ( for hygiene reasons) unless they are faulty.



We ship using  An Post. As the site does not currently have combined shipping (each items has an individual shipping price) the extra  shipping cost will be refunded to you via PayPal when your order is shipped.

We love our international shoppers too.   Please note that the customer is liable for any customs charges incurred in their country.



All payments on the site are made securely through PayPal.  You do not require a PayPal account to use Paypal. You simply input your credit/debit card details into the secure PayPal site. When you pay for your goods, the payment is made directly to PayPal-only PayPal have your credit/debit card details. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information safe and secure.
